Refund Policy

At Petloona, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever works best for you.

For items you simply want to return, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
